Our stay at Pacifico Colonial Condominiums was excellent value for the money. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had stunning views from the balcony. The location was perfect and the staff, especially Kimberly and Melissa, were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

The Penthouse was spacious with huge rooms, smart TVs, and big bathrooms. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The three decks had amazing views, showcasing macaws, toucans, monkeys, and iguanas. The house cleaner did a great job. Melissa, the concierge, was attentive and helpful. The location was close to restaurants and had spectacular sunsets.

Melissa was incredible and went above and beyond to keep us updated amidst the recent protesting. The location is amazing with the best Italian restaurant across the street. The balcony was jaw-dropping, with sloths and monkeys as our daily visitors. The views were killer and the place was spotless. The beds could be a bit softer but everything else was amazing. The amenities provided, including toiletries and blow dryer, were a super plus. We will definitely be back for another mind-blowing experience!

I had an amazing stay at a luxurious apartment with all the facilities I needed. The two bedrooms were spacious and the beds were fantastic. The concierge service was impeccable and the staff provided helpful advice and answered all my questions. The apartment also had a high-quality fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, and a large terrace. I would highly recommend this place for a luxurious getaway.

The apartment had a very effective air conditioning system, which was great. However, I would have liked to shut it off and enjoy the cool breeze from the windows and terrace doors.

Conveniently located with nearby restaurants and beach. Helpful concierge assisted with arranging excursions. Safe area, abundant wildlife visible from balcony. Great pool and secure parking. Friendly and responsive staff.
